Snail Guiso Recipe

Pour the snails into hot water and take to boil, leave over medium heat for approximately 50-60 minutes.

Ingredients to make snail stew:
Snails (at discretion)
1 course of fennel
1 chives
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 pepper
salt
gofio
1 glass of white rum
