Cook for 20 minutes the fish over low heat with 3 tbsp. of lemon juice, margarine, salt and pepper. With the rice do a grained rice. Shit the fish get all the thorns you have. Fry in a little margarine the onion. Join the fish to rice, onion, the juice of the two lemons, yolks and cream. Beat the whites to snow and stir with the previous preparation.
