Recipe of the original Farinetas

The garlic are peeled and cut into slices.

Ingredients to make the original Farinetas:
¼ kgr. of flour
1 l. of water
4 cloves of garlic
2 slices of bread
salt
1 ladle of olive oil
150 grs. of bacon

Ingredients to make the original Farinetas:

2. The bacon is cut into small strips

3. The slices of bread from the previous day, are cut into squares.

4. The garlic, bacon and breadcrumbs are put in a pan with olive oil and are slightly brown.

5. When they are already golden, they are removed and reserved on a plate apart.

6. Then, in the same pan, 1 liter of water is thrown and when it starts to boil, the flour is added slowly, while stirring with the wooden spoon. Let it cook more or less for 1/4 h. Without burning.

7. Then, the garlic, bacon and bread that we had fried to the flour are added and removed well. Let everything be cooked together for 5 more minutes.
