In a wide source, we place the slices of bread cut previously, a pinch of salt and a water jet (use a strainer) to soak the bread equally.

500 grams of bread (preferably from the previous day) 1 red pepper 50 grams of chorizo olive oil 1 head of garlic 50 grams of bacon salt |

2. We cover with a cloth the fountain so that it soak well and let stand. On the other hand, we cut the sausage and bacon into very fine pieces and fry it in a pan with a splash of olive oil, until a golden color is obtained.
3. When they are cooked, we take out, drain and reserve the sausage and bacon.
4. We use the pan where we sauté the sausage and bacon, to brown the garlic, which must be whole and the red pepper.
5. Next, we incorporate the bread, mixing everything well until the bread obtains a red color.
6. We incorporate the chorizo and the bacon reserved above into the pan, when the bread is crossed out and loose, mixing everything well.
7. We check the salt point and when they are cooked, we leave them in the pan to rest. We serve hot
