Potato and octopus stew recipe

We cook half onion in a casserole with water over high heat.

For 4 people
1 octopus of 2 kilos.
600 grams of potatoes.
1 onion.
1 oil deciliter.
2 garlic cloves. spicy.

2. When the water begins to boil, submerge the octopus caught by the head and take it out fast.

3. We repeat this operation three times and then let boil for 15 minutes.

4. We peel the potatoes and cut them into dice.

5. Add the potatoes in the octopus cooked.

6. We click the octopus and potatoes and let everything for 20 minutes.

7. Remove the pot from the fire and reserve the octopus and potatoes.

8. In a pan with oil we brown the chopped garlic, half onion and the laurel.

9. Remove from heat and let cool.

10. Add the sweet paprika and a pinch of spicy paprika to the sauce.

11. We cut the octopus into slices and place on the potatoes.

12. Add the sauce and serve.
