Pile Aguiat Recipe (Bobbian stew)

Ingredients to make pile aquiat (meatwear):
For 4 people ::
600 gr. of minced meat (half pork, half veal)
1 or 1.5 kg. Of small potatoes
1 onion
1 brancher tomato
4 cloves of garlic
1 bouquet of parsley
