For 4 people :: 1 hare. Vaso of red wine raised. 1 glass of water. 1 laurel leaf paprika salt. |

2. We peel and chop the onions very small.
3. We have grilled or oven peppers.
4. We peel the peppers and cut into fine strips.
5. We heat water in a saucepan and immerse the tomatoes for 30 seconds, remove and peel them taking the seeds and cut them into pieces.
6. In a casserole, we heat the butter and fry the chopped onions.
7. We season with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of paprika but lowering the fire a little so that the paprika does not burn.
8. We add the pieces of hare and stir so that they cold a little and take the color of the paprika.
9. Add the glass of red wine, the glass of water and the bay leaf.
10. We cover the casserole and cook over very slow heat for 2 hours, occasionally spraying with a little water or broth if the stew dries.
11. Add the chopped tomatoes and the pepper after 2 hours of cooking and let cook for 20 more minutes.
12. We put the salt point at the end and serve in the same casserole.
