Mondongo Guisado recipe

Boil Mondongo in pressure pot, if you have it, even soften it well.

Ingredients to make Guisado Mondongo:
3 lbs. from mondongo
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 onion chopped in squares
1 chil chicken cube or vegetables
2 tablespoons of oil,
a little coriander (coriander) fresco mince

Ingredients to make Guisado Mondongo:

2. When it is already soft, remove it from the water and reserve it.

3. Chop the entire Mondongo in small pieces and replace in its water.

4. In a pan fry all the ingredients in oil and then mix the Mondongo already boiled and chopped, as well as the can of chickpeas.

5. Let boil for about 30 minutes over low heat until thicker.

6. Accompany of white rice and avocado.
