Ingredients to make meat stew with potatoes and green beans:
1. We take a pot and put the onion and red pepper, all well chopped in small pieces. When these ingredients are well, we add the peeled and finely cut garlic cloves. We allow to brown and incorporate the tomato previously washed, peeled and cut. We let cook.
2. When the sauce is ready, we add the ñora cut into small pieces and the meat broth concentrate pill.
3. Then we throw the meat and let it brown with the rest of the ingredients. It is important to constantly remove to avoid burning the sauce.
4. Past 2 or 3 minutes, we introduce a tablespoon of sweet paprika, the bay leaf and salt, we take a few turn and cover everything with water.
5. We let it cook approximately 45 minutes over low heat. After this time, we add the peeled and cut potatoes in large dice. We also incorporate the green beans previously washed and peeled and let all another 30 minutes cook.
