Meat stew recipe in pumpkin

Ingredients to make meat stew in pumpkin:
For 4 people ::
1 2 kg pumpkin.
500 gr. of ox meat in dice
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 green pepper
250 gr. of crushed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of drizz peach in syrup
1 pinch of newly ground black pepper

Ingredients to make meat stew in pumpkin:

2. Put it in a fountain and bake for 45 minutes.

3. Peel and chop the onion, garlic and pepper finely.

4. Peel and cut the potatoes and cobs in half and thick slices.

5. Heat the oil in a casserole, fry the meat dice and remove.

6. In excess oil, fry the onion, garlic and pepper.

7. Add the tomato, oregano, laurel, sugar, salt and pepper.

8. Cook a couple of minutes and pour the broth and wine.

9. Incorporate the meat, cover and cook over low heat during and an hour and a half.

10. Add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

11. Add corn and peaches and cook 5 more minutes.

12. Fill the pumpkin with the stew and serve it hot.
