Lentil recipe with vegetables and sausage

Ingredients to make lentils with vegetables and sausage:
250 gr Lentejas
1 tomato
2 carries
1 Pimiento red
half onion white
200 gr Alverja (peas)
200 gr corn Desgranado
6 chorizos

Ingredients to make lentils with vegetables and sausage:

2. Place the lentils in warm water for 2 hours, this in order to soften them.





3. Cook the lentils in boiling water with a little salt.





4. Peel the carrot and mix with the corn and the alverja (peas). Add these ingredients to lentils.





5. Chop the onion and crush the tomato, heat in the pan until a paste is left.





6. Burn the red pepper and wash it, this in order to remove the skin, open the seeds and cut into pictures.





7. Cut the chorizo into slices.





8. When the lentils are cooked add the previously made tomato paste, pepper and sausages, let cook for 5 more minutes and serve.
