Guisado with bacon recipe

The bacon and chorizo are put to fry and when the bacon is transparent the meat is already salt .

1 kl. from boneless chambarete
1/2 kl. of tomato.
1/4 of onion
2 garlic
laurel
canela in branches raw)
chícharos
150 gms. of bacon
2 chorizos
2 chiles Lencesmeños whole.
