For 4 people :: 300 g of marinated lacon. 400 g of potatoes. 4 sausages. 100 g of bacon. tablespoons of oil. 1 pinch of paprika. |

2. After one hour, we change the water and let it cook another hour.
3. When changing the water, we add the chickpeas.
4. When 20 minutes of cooking are missing, we add the potatoes peeled and cut into pieces.
5. In another container, lets cook the greos, previously scalded (submerged a few moments in boiling water to remove their smell so strong), with the sausages.
6. Once the sausages and the gremo separated them, and chord the sausage in the chickpeas.
7. We fille the garlic and sauté them in oil.
8. Once golden, add the grelos and a pinch of paprika.
9. Everything is served together, except the grelos, which are served apart.
