Fish Caldereta Recipe

The fish boiler is prepared differently in each community, in each region and in each house. The one we propose from Recipesgratis.net is a boiler made with Panga, to be able to eat the fish to tablespoons with the broth without worrying about the thorns. It is equally very tasty because we use a homemade fish, previously made. It is a dish that will work very well for Christmas.

Ingredients to make fish boiler:

1. We prepare the ingredients for fish boiler. We can use several types of fish, this time we have opted for the Panga to include fish in the boiler without worrying about thorns. The fish broth, which can be homemade or purchased, must be preferably tasty for the dish to work.

2. In a pot we throw a little wine, the onion cut in julienne and the garlic clove.

3. When the onion is golden, we will add the green pepper cut into small pieces.

4. After about five minutes, we will pour the tomato, also cut into small pieces. As an alternative we can also grate it.

5. We leave it a few more minutes and then we pour the fish broth, which we will let it be cooked for a few minutes over medium heat.

6. It is time to add the Panga loins. They will need about 10 minutes of cooking over medium heat, and while with a spoon we will cut them.

7. The last step will be to add the glass of white wine, a little salt, chindillas to taste and chopped coriander. We will leave it for a few more minutes and the fish boiler will be ready.

8. We serve the hot fish boiler. We can accompany it with a green salad, and for dessert, what do you think of a lemon semi -final?
