Ingredients to make crumbs with flower egg:
1. Alist the ingredients.
2. Heat in a pan a little olive oil and add the peeled and cut garlic.
3. Wash, cut the peppers finely, incorporate and season with salt and pepper. Cook them well, remove them from pan and reserve.

8. Close without leaving air inside and binding with a rope.
9. In a cacerolite take to boil for 4 or 5 minutes.
