Ingredients to cooked with black pudding:

3. In a very large pot, which has a lid, we put three liters of water, the mounts, the washed and very clean bones, the bacon or bacon and the ham tip.

10. With the cast broth we prepare a soup, calculating about 20 grams of fine noodles per person.
11. To get a good soup, we let the noodles cook for 10 minutes.
