Ingredients to make Colombian sweat:
1. To prepare the Colombian sweat of meat, the first thing to do is sauté the tomato and onion, all well chopped and peeled.
2. When the onion becomes transparent, chicken thighs are added and left to the fire five minutes. Then water is added to cover and salt to taste.
3. When it starts boiling, the coloring and chopped cassava is added, it is boiled for a few minutes and the potatoes and the peeled and chopped carrots are added to taste but in a couple pair.
4. We let the Colombian sweaty over low heat until potatoes, cassava and carrots are soft and well cooked.
5. Colombian hot chicken sweat is served and accompanied by banana slices or coconut rice. It can also be prepared with beef or pork.
