Chard Pota Potato, potatoes, white beans and rice

We put the white beans the night before soak with twice as cold as its volume.

Ingredients to make chard, potatoes, white beans and rice:
For 4 people ::
100 grams of rice
300 grams of white beans
1 onion
1 green pepper 2 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of chard
1 glass of olive oil of 04º
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika

2. The next day we drain them and put them inside a casserole with soaking water.

3. We let them cook for half an hour, we drain them and change the water.

4. We put in the casserole, along with the beans covered with clean and cold water, the green pepper and the onion chopped in Brunoisse (small squares) and the fine-cut garlic cloves.

5. Let cook until the beans are tender.

6. We prepare the chard, we remove the leaves, we clean them in the water jet and chop the leaves.

7. The chard pencas are reserved to cook and batter them and accompany them as garrison of another dish.

8. Add the rice and chard leaves to the beans and let cook until the rice cooked about 20 minutes.

9. We season with salt and a little paprika.

10. We serve hot as a stew.
