Cajereta de clams recipe

The clams, well washed, boil in the liter of Fumet, and are left until they open.

leek
30gr. flour
30gr. butter
green pepper
fumet of fish
100ml. liquid cream
pajil, chopped
500gr Almejas
200gr. snuff

INGREDIENTS TO MAKE ALMEJAS BALDER:
