Alicante Olleta Recipe

In the first place I will tell you that this dish that I am going to expose today in Recipesgatis comes from the entire Valencian Community throughout each town, only in each town they prepare it differently. Ingredients to make Alicante olleta:

1. We gather all the ingredients that we are going to use for this exquisite alicantine pot of meat and vegetables.





2. We wash, peel and cut into dice all vegetables. We reserve and continue with the recipe of Olleta Alicante.





3. Meanwhile, we boil the white beans over low heat for three quarters of time trying not to remove with anything, we simply wiggle the pot to be cooked and occasionally scare them. It is time to say that two water fingers are thrown out to keep cooking slowly and soften without getting rid.





4. That said, while the beans are cooked, we are listening to the rest of the vegetables that we are going to fry, such as garlic, onion and celery.
