Warraja recipe with clams

We cook the borage in a casserole with boiling water and a pinch of salt for five minutes.

Ingredients to boot with clams:
For 4 people ::
½ kilo of clean borage.
400 grams of clams.
1 garlic clut .
Salt.
Additional characteristics: cheap cost, sauteed

2. Once cooked we drain and reserve the broth on the one hand and the cook cook by another.

3. On the other hand we chop the finite garlic and fry it in the temperate oil while still moving it and without browning.
