Tasty octopus recipe

Octopus cooking: Place the octopus in a large saucepan with plenty of water, add the herbs, onion, garlic cloves, bay leaves and dry chiles. Cook for approximately 2 hours.

Ingredients to make tasty octopus to the Ajillo:
Ajillo octopus ::
pulpo 1/2
garlic 4 teeth
chiles guajillo dry 1
lemon
olive oil c/n

dried chiles 1
onion 1
octopo 1
garlic 4 teeth
laurel 2 sheets
salad ::
asparagus 200 g
zucchini 1



guidelo smoked 2
onion 1
echalotes 2
Lentejas 100 g
chickpeas 100 g

Ingredients to make tasty octopus to the Ajillo:

2. Remove the octopus, let cool and cut the tentacles. Cut each tentacle into approximately 2 cm pieces. Reserve.

3. In a hot pan with olive oil, sauté the finely chopped garlic. Add the dry guajillo chili cut into wheels with scissors.

4. Add the octopus and saute. Spice with salt and pepper.

5. Cut the zucchini into large wheels to bies. Spive and brown in hot grid with olive oil.

6. Place the chopped onion in a bowl along with the smoked tomatoes cut into large cubes, the finely chopped throttle, lentils and cooked chickpeas. Mix and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.

7. Cut green chili into wheels and incorporate to the pot.

8. Serve the octopus to the Ajillo with the vegetable salad, add the bleached and grilled asparagus.
