Ingredients to make bittersweet shrimp with ginger:

3. skew the shrimp in 4 skewers.
4. In a pan, place the marinade with the echalote, over high heat, without covering, for 2 minutes. until the mixture is reduced.
5. Add the consommé and boil for 2 more minutes, until it is reduced to 1/3 cup.
