Ingredients to squid in almond sauce:
1. We peel and chop the onion and garlic, in a casserole we put a few tablespoons of oil and when we are hot we put it to poach.
2. As long as the onion is pointed out, we prepare the other ingredients, we clean the squid and cut them with slices.
3. In a mortar we put the almonds and chop them well.
4. When the onion begins to take color, we incorporate the almonds. We remove the Sofrito de los Calamarres in sauce.

6. We pour the white wine and let it reduce a few minutes.
