Ingredients to make crabs to the Soriana with tomatoes:
2. In a casserole we heat the oil and sauté the onion cut in brunoisse (small small square), add the fillet garlic, chopped tomato and chilli.
3. When the vegetable is soft we add the brandy and salt and let cook for 10 more minutes.
4. We crush the vegetables to form a fine sauce.
5. Add the crabs to the sauce and let it cook everything for 5 minutes.
6. We can eat instantly but they know better if we keep them in the fridge overnight because it defines their flavor better.
