Shrimp crepe recipe

1. Prepare the crepes by mixing with the flour, the eggs and 1/2 cup of oil. Mix very well, until you get a fairly liquid and uniform cream.

Ingredients to make shrimp crepes:
For crepes ::
2 flour cups for all uses
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
For the filling ::
500 gr. of peeled shrimp
2 finely minced medium onions
100 gr. of butter or margarina
salsa bechamel
cheese Parmesano rallado

2. 2. In a non-stringent pan, place portion of the mixture for crepes.

3. 3. The mixture must spread covering the pan so that they are very thin and approximately 15 centimeters in diameter.

4. If possible acquire the set of pan and ladle with the exact measure for the preparation of the crepes. Reserve the crepes.

5. 4. Prepare the Bechamel sauce and reserve it.

6. 5. Place a cauldron in the fire, add the finely chopped butter and onion.

7. When the onion is golden, add the shrimp, the sage, salt and pepper, jump them about 5 minutes.

8. 6. Remove from heat and add a little bechamel sauce grease a glass mold that can go to the oven and cover the bottom with a portion of the Bechamel sauce.

9. 7. With the shrimp mixture, fill the crepes, call them, wrapping them on the mixture, and place them in the mold, adding some sauce, between layer and cape of crepes.

10. Finish with a layer of sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, butter flakes and put to gratin in the oven.
