Sepia recipe in sauce

This time I propose a sepia in sauce, a great dish with a tomato sauce in which the bread cannot be missing. A sepia with tomato sauce that can be eaten as an incoming, main dish or as an appetizer. Ingredients to sepia in sauce:
1 large sepia
1 large onion
2 teeth of garlic
400 grams of crushed tomato

Ingredients to sepia in sauce:

1. We will start by cutting the sepia into pieces. Chop the onion and garlic cloves.





2. In a casserole we put a good stream of oil and, when it is very hot over strong heat we save the sepia and take it out. We reserve.





3. In the same oil where we have saute the sepia, we lower the heat and add the chopped onion and garlic. We will leave it until they begin to brown.





4. When the onion begins to take color, add the crushed tomato and a little pepper, let cook 5 minutes and add the white wine. We remove and let the alcohol of sepia sauce evaporate.





5. Add the sauteed and a little water sepia, as half a glass. We let it cook until the sepia in tomato sauce is tender. More or less it will take about 30-45 minutes, depending on the sepia.
