Ingredients to make seafood casserole with rice and vegetables:
1. The first thing is to assemble the mise in Place with all the ingredients: onion, belli, carrot, garlic, tomato (without seeds) and tomato, all cut in Brunoise. Chopped parsley and clean fish.
Trick: Mise in Place: Leave the ingredients ready to start cooking.
2. We sweat the onion next to the garlic, add the carrot and the bell on. We add the rice and let it name for 1 minute.

4. Finally, we add the tentacles and prawns, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Cover again and cook the seafood casserole for 5 minutes. Serve with lemon and leaf groves of parsley.
