Recipe for sauteed cracks with onion and rice

Ingredients to make sauteed cracks with onion and rice:
12 Fresh medium cigalas
1 Chilli piece
750 gr. from onions

100 cc of dry white wine
1 clove of garlic
160 gr. of long grain rice

3 water or light broth measures
