Recipe for salsa almonds

We put the clams in a bowl with water and salt for two hours to release the sand.

Ingredients to make clams in sauce almonds:
1 kilo of clams
200 grams of onion
500 grams of tomato
1 clove of garlic
some branches of parsley
salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
100 grams of roasted almond
1 glass of white wine
4 tablespoons of olive oil

2. In a low casserole we fry with a little oil, the onion cut in brunoisse (fine biting) and the tomato cut into dice, adding a little salt and sugar.

3. We prepare a chopped crushing the set of garlic, parsley and toasted almond forming a compact mass. We add it to the sauce, along with the glass of white wine and a little pepper. We disagree the clams under a run of cold water and introduce them into the casserole of the sauce allowing them to cook 10 minutes.

4. If the sauce came out a bit thick we add some water.
