Recipe for prawns with sauce

Ingredients to make prawns fritters with sauce:
1.5 tablespoons of potato starch
100 ccs of oil
1 splash of vinegar
2 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of concentrated tomato
1 kilo of large prawns
4 drops of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of salt

Ingredients to make prawns fritters with sauce:

2. Add a few drops of lemon juice and the starch.

3. Peel the prawns, keeping only the tails.

4. Rebozar them with the pasta prepared above and introduce them into the warm oil for frying.

5. Fry the prawns until they are well golden and let it drain on absorbent paper.

6. Serve very hot.

7. To make the sauce, boil 4 ladle of water, the tomato concentrate, half a teaspoon of salt, sugar and vinegar to taste.

8. Let boil about 5 minutes.
