Ingredients to make clams to fine wine: |
1 lemon vessel (from the wine) aceite de oliva for the sauce 3 clove 1/4 ud. Guindilla 1 kg. Almeja 1 fine wine glass or cognac 1 ud. lemon 1 soup spoon maizena 1 or 2 ud. Cooked egg saffron 1 laurel leaf |
Ingredients to make clams to fine wine:
2. Well washed clams, lemon juice, fine wine, and chopped red pepper are added.
3. Everything is gently sauté for about three minutes.
4. When the cornstarch, saffron, bay leaf and fish broth are already added.
5. The salt is added and 5 minutes are allowed to cook.
6. In the end the tough eggs are put in pieces, it is turned around and served in the same greixonera.
