Ingredients to make camarao moqueca: |
1 clove of garlic 1/2 cdta. of salt 1 lb. of peeled shrimp 2 cdas. of olive oil 1 finely minced onion 2 medium, chopped and peeled tomatoes 1 cda. of coriander or chopped coriander 1 red Chile, fresh, without seeds and chopped 1 cda. of lemon juice 3/4 cup coconut milk without sweetening |
Ingredients to make camarao moqueca:
2. Apart, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion, the tomatoes, the coriander, the chili and the lemon juice and cook until the sauce is hot.
3. Go down minimum fire and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add coconut milk and cook 5 more minutes.
5. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes until they get dark.
6. serve with white rice.
