Montadito recipe stuffed with centro -cream

200 gr. of white cheese
100 gr. of centollo meat
2 anchovies in salting
3 zucchini

2. To make the cream, we beat the cheese, the centoline and the anchovies. We lined a very small glass with the slices of zucchini.

3. Fill the mold with the cream and close the container with the edges of the mold.

4. We introduce the glass in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour and then unmold it as if it were a flan.

5. We can serve it on a slice of toasted bread.
