1 kg. of mussels 1/2 glass of white wine for tomato sauce 5 mature tomatoes 1 leek 1 pepper Morron roasado 1 onion 1 onion 1/2 Picancile guindilla oil and salt |

3. To prepare the tomato sauce: clean and pile all vegetables and cook together with the chilli in a casserole with a splash of oil.
