Mejillones Tigers Recipe

1 kg. of mussels
1/2 glass of white wine
for tomato sauce
5 mature tomatoes

1 pepper Morron roasado

3. To prepare the tomato sauce: clean and pile all vegetables and cook together with the chilli in a casserole with a splash of oil.

4. Let it cook for about 20 minutes and give it salt point. Crush the sauce. It serves the mussels in a fountain and sale on top. With a sprig of parsley.
