500 grams of mussels.
2 whiskey glasses.
1 cup of purple chives.

2. Chop the onions and garlic very fine.





3. Take a pan over medium heat and add the onions. Suffere a couple of minutes and add the garlic.





4. Add the mussels and fry for about 5 minutes.





5. Add the whiskey and let cook for two to three more minutes.





6. Turn off the heat and add some cream of milk (if you want is something additional)





7. Serve the mussels bathing with the sauce and enjoy.
