Jaiba cake recipe (crab)

6 jaibas (crabs).
2 eggs.
100 grams of grated cheese. .
Salt pepper.

2. Soak the bread, distill the water and mix with the jaiba meat and 50 grams of grated cheese. Chop the onion in squares and fry in a little oil next to the parsley and chili.

3. Add on this the mixture of Jaiba and the previously beaten eggs.

4. Salpimentar at ease and distribute the mixture over the 6 caparazones of Jaiba, sprinkle the grated cheese and bring to the medium oven just to gratin.

5. Serve hot and accompany fresh white wine.

6. Note: Very good as an entrance for fish plastics.
