Guindillas crab recipe

Wash the crabs well and cut them in half, remove the guts to break the shell of the legs and tweezers.

Ingredients to make guindillas crab:
2 half -kilo sea crabs each
50 grams of flour
1 median onion chopped
1 piece of grated ginger
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
3 red chin touches
60 ml. of oil
half liter of fried tomato sauce
a quarter of a liter of water
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sweet chill sauce
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Ingredients to make guindillas crab:

2. slightly flour the shells, hot 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and cook the halves of crab one by one, turning them and keeping them until the shell is put in red.

3. Pour the remaining oil in another saucepan; Throw the onion, the ginger, the garlic and the chilli and leave over medium heat for 6 minutes, removing it from time to time.

4. Add the water, tomato sauce, soybeans, chilli, sugar and vinegar.

5. Bring to boil and cueza for 20 minutes.

6. Repeal the crabs and leave them over low heat by mixing them in the sauce, between 8 and 10 minutes or until the meat gets white.

7. Serve with rice.
