Grilled prawn recipe with vinaigrette

800 gr. of prawns
250 gr. of green asparagus
a bunch of beros
some lettuce leaves
5 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
salt
pepper
