Gambas recipe in cava sauce with paste

Ingredients to make shrimp in cava sauce with pasta:
1/4 kg. of mushrooms in sheets
olive oil
300 gr. of peeled prawns
350 cl. from cava dry
garlic powder
black pepper
salt
cheese Parmesano rallado
pajil chopped
1/2 chopped scallions
1 large tomato chopped
1/4 liter of cream to mount
400 gr. from spaghettis

Ingredients to make shrimp in cava sauce with pasta:

2. Remove them from the casserole and throw the prawns and the cava, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

3. Put to a living fire.

4. When the liquid starts boiling, the prawns will be made, remove them.

5. Add the chopped onion and tomato, and let the liquid be reduced to less than half (8-10 minutes, always over living fire).

6. Throw two thirds of the cream, while stirring, and let a couple of minutes cook, until it thickens and reduces.

7. Add the prawns and mushrooms to heat, and rectify salt and pepper.

8. While we will have boiled the pasta according to the package instructions.

9. Drain it and return it to the casserole where we made it, with the rest of the cream and parsley.

10. Remove well so that the cream permeates all the pasta.

11. Distribute the pasta between two dishes and serve the sauce.

12. Sprinkle with Parmesan to taste.
