1. Before making this recipe for crispy frocking, the first step is to enlist all ingredients.
2. In a bowl mix the flour, parsley, egg and 100 ml of cold water, mix very well until you get a totally homogeneous mixture, salt and pepper.
3. Add to the mixture the peeled prawns, previously splashed, cover very well.
4. I immediately fry the prawns at medium temperature (170 degrees c) for 3 minutes until golden brown. Once lists go through absorbent paper to eliminate excess fat.
