Fried chipirone recipe

Clean the chipirones cracking them, removing the parts inside that contains an ink bag and a pen and the fine outer skin.

Ingredients to make fried chipins:
1 and 1/2 grs. of small chipins
1 dl of olive oil
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
3 teeth of machacated or chopped garlic or chopped fine
