1. We gather all the ingredients to make fish and prawns skewers. If you buy fresh prawns, it is necessary to pass them through the iron (turn and back) before riding the skewers.





2. We cut the salmon into dice with a thickness of about three centimeters and put salt. We reserve.





3. We peel the handle and cut it into thick dice, more or less the same salmon size.





4. We peel the prawns and reserve them whole. For this recipe you can also use prawns. We have used cooked prawns.





5. Sate the grilled salmon, brown on both sides and add a splash of teriyaki sauce. We sprinkle with a little sesame above.
