2. In a low casserole with olive oil we poach the green pepper strips with chopped garlic cloves.
3. Once the vegetable is soft and still over high heat the casserole add the squid and paprika.
4. We remove for a couple of minutes and add half of the cider bottle.
5. We let boil for 30 minutes until the squid take a golden color.
6. Add the two slices of roughly crumbled bread, salt and a little pepper.
7. Add the rest of the cider and stir while boiling in order to undo the bread.
8. We let cook for more so that the salsa thickens.
9. We put salt and pepper if necessary.
10. uncovered the casserole we add the finely chopped parsley and let it cook 5 minutes before serving.
