On this occasion I present a delicious Curry of prawns and vegetables inspired by one of the book An Indian Housewifes Recipe Cookbook, a small big book of traditional Indian recipes as their housewives prepare them. Come on, a wonder! : Without more I leave you with the recipe of this mushroom and prawns curry that is to suck your fingers. It is a soft but very aromatic curry at the same time, for all palates. Many times it is served as an accompaniment of other curries. A delight that will not leave you indifferent!

Ingredients to do shrimp and vegetables: |
10 grams of garlic 10 grams of fresh ginger 4 units of green chilis (not very spicy. As I did not trust, I put less quantity) 60 milliliters of vegetable oil (the one you like. I put a soft olive) large onion unit 1 teaspoon of tomato concentrate ½ teaspoon of salt ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder ½ teaspoon of coriander powder ½ teaspoon of chili powder (optional) ½ teaspoon of cumin powder (I put 1) 225 grams of mushrooms 110 grams of peeled prawns (fresh or already dick) |

Ingredients to do shrimp and vegetables:
1. We wash the mushrooms very well and cut them in half.
2. We chop garlic, ginger and chilis in a food processor.
3. We heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion finely. We let it be brown.
4. Next we add the mixture of garlic, ginger and chili, tomato paste, salt and spices, and cook the mixture around a minute, continuously moving.
5. We then add the mushrooms cut in halves and prawns. We mix well, lower the fire, cover the pan and let the red cabin curry cook about 6 – 8 minutes, removing occasionally.
6. Past time and when we see that the Curry of prawns and vegetables is at its point, we serve it on a plate or source and decorate with a bit of chopped fresh coriander. We will serve with other curries, with rice, some plate of legumes and/or bread. You will see how rich it is left.
