800 gr of shrimp 100 gr of butter 1 cup fresh cream 1/2 onion 1 clove of garlic 200 gr of mushrooms 1 copita of tequila 1 can girl (180 gr) of tomato puree 1 chile chipotle |
Ingredients to make chipotle shrimp:
2. Add the tomato puree, Maggi juice and season with salt.
3. Add the tequila and a little water.
4. While the sauce is cooked, apart from the shrimp, without their shell and with a cross section on the back to each.
5. In a pan skip the shrimp, the sliced mushrooms are added and bathed with the sauce.
6. Serve on a bed of white rice.
