Chicken lobster recipe

Ingredients to make lobster with chicken:
1 chicken of 1200 gr. Party in twelve pieces
1 living lobster of 100 gr. Rancio
1 copita of dry brandy
50 gr. of flour
white broth
a clove of garlic
some strands of saffron
50 gr. of toasted and peeled almonds
40 gr. of chocolate
salt
pepper
3 dl. of oil
100 gr. of pig butter.
