Castellana crabs recipe

The pepper and onion are chopped and allowed to brown with a little oil in a pan. It is seasoned, the tomato is added. Let the crabs, brandy and pepper are added a little. Cook 10 minutes and serve hot.

Ingredients to make Castilian crabs:
1 Kg. Of crabs
250 gr. of crushed tomato
1 tablespoon of ground pepper
some onion
a little green pepper
1 glass of brandy
salt
