Carol Lobster Recipe

Mix salt, pepper, soy sauce, church, chives, garlic, ginger and sugar. Cut the lobster meat into large cubes.

Ingredients to make Lobster Carol:
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 of teaspoon of black pepper
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of Jerez
1 teaspoon of chopped chives
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger or five Chinese condiments
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 lb. of lobster meat
2 tablespoons of sescape oil
1 tablespoon of water
1 teaspoon of corn

Ingredients to make Lobster Carol:

2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan or a Chinese pan and quickly fry the lobster for 3 minutes.

3. Add the sauce and lower the heat. Mix the water with the cornstarch and add to the lobster; Cook over low heat until it thickens. Serve immediately with Bombay rice.
