Ingredients to make squid rings with vegetable mix. |
300 grams of squid rings. 150 grams of beans and frozen carrots. 150 grams of frozen peas. 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. 1 teaspoon of dry thyme. |
Ingredients to make squid rings with vegetable mix.
2. In a median pot to boil water to cook the vegetables. Once the water is boiling to add all the vegetables and let cook between 5 to 10 minutes maximum. This time removes the vegetables from the heat, remove the water and reserve.
3. Put a large pan and add a spoonful of sunflower oil, once the oil is hot add the squid rings. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add to the squid rings the vegetables that we cook with finely chopped garlic and thyme. Stir so that all ingredients are well mixed. Let cook for approximately three minutes.
5. Finally, add the soy sauce and let it keep for about two more minutes so that the squid rings do not pass from cooking.
6. Serve the dish with a little grated cheese on top.
